Conditions for changing the Product
- The product should not have been used.
- The change must be made within 14 calendar days (from the day of receipt of the parcel).
- To be in the condition received by the customer, complete and without damage, and its packaging to be the one that normally accompanies the product.
- You have the right to return the products you bought and request their replacement for the following reasons:
Wrong Product Shipping
In those cases where, through proven fault with Porta12, products were delivered to you in a different design or size from the one ordered, you can return the products.
Product manufacturing defect
In those cases where there is a defect in the product you have the right to return the product you bought and request its replacement with the same or another product or products up to the amount of the price you have paid or with an additional price if you wish within 7 (seven) calendar days from its receipt.
In case you want a simple change of the product you bought you must send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. Alternatively, you can call customer service at 2310-274249.
The change costs amount to 5 euros and are made exclusively with Elta courier in the following adress :
Porta12, Gravias 19 and P. Patron Germanou 12, Thessaloniki tel: 2310274249.
There are no changes to the 50% – 60% offers.
There are no refunds on purchases from our eshop.
In any case that the above procedure of informing the company is not observed before sending the change or the recipient is charged, the parcel will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at his own expense.
